Goalie Training Sessions
Method Hockey Goalie Programs combine elite on-ice instruction with advanced off-ice training to help goalies improve every aspect of their game. Clinics focus on skating, positioning, save selection, puck handling, and game situations in a competitive training environment led by experienced goalie coaches. Off-ice synthetic training, VR sessions, and Reflexion visual cognition training help athletes sharpen reaction time, movement efficiency, and decision-making. Programs are designed for goalies of all ages and skill levels with personalized development and performance feedback throughout training.
Sports Performance Strength Training Classes for Hockey Players
Strength, Speed, Athleticism, Endurance, and Power comprise the five pillars of a true Athlete, and represent the collective focus in all Sports Training sessions…Regardless of age, Sports Performance Training sessions provide athletes with a customized workout geared towards the individual’s age, athletic base level, and of course, individual goals. Free weights, barbells, medicine balls, kettlebells, and resistance bands are among the equipment and tools utilized to improve the Hockey-Athlete. Additionally, our Sports Performance Training team will strive to quantify the athlete’s development by utilizing state-of-the-art technology including Hawkin Dynamic Force Plates and electronic timing gates. This technology is used by the top organizations across all major sports. The customization of the plan, knowledge of the instructor, and the data points and metrics produced help ensure that, by the conclusion of the training session, the individual looks, feels, and actually is improved.

Our Player Development Program (PDP) Lesson is a cutting-edge, training session designed to elevate your hockey skills to the next level. Unlike traditional hockey classes, our PDP provides a personalized training plan that targets key areas of your game.
Hockey Camps

Day Camps provide the perfect combination of on-ice hockey repetitions, off-ice training, indoor and outdoor physical activities, and the enjoyment of spending days off from school around the coolest game on earth.
Method Hockey Day Camps feature daily on-ice training sessions, an off-ice workout, video sessions, and multi-sport activities. Our Day Camps allow players to enjoy the sport they love, stay active, get quality repetition, and make new friends.
Hockey Assessments
Strength, Skating, and Shooting Analysis Assessments provide players with advanced skating, shooting, and strength testing used by elite athletes and NHL organizations. Using cutting-edge technology, athletes receive personalized data and performance insights to improve speed, power, accuracy, and overall athletic development. Each assessment identifies strengths, weaknesses, and areas for growth while helping build a customized training plan.
Summer Teams
Method Summer Prospects Teams combine tournament play, hockey education, and player development for various birth years throughout June, July, and August. Through structure, quality coaching, and teamwork, we provide players with a high-level hockey experience in a short-term setting.
Progression Programs
Method Hockey Progression Programs take place in 6 week intervals. With this unique offering tailored to all players, specialized on-ice training sessions take place for one hour two times per week. Program participants will also get a pack of 12 Strength Training Sessions utilizing Method Hockey’s Sports Performance Training Center. The curriculum utilized both on and off the ice is methodical in nature, with instruction designed to support players in preparing for a specific outcome, such as tryouts and training camps, to name a few… Method Progression Programs provide both a perfect supplement to an individual’s spring and summer training regiment, as well as a springboard to participating in other Method Hockey experiences, at a time when champions are truly made: the off-season.
Spring 3v3 League
This program is designed to sharpen players’ skills for in-tight, high-pressure situations, essential for game-day success.
Pair this program with the Spring Progression Program for a 3rd ice session per week!

Specialized On-Ice Clinics & Lessons
Specialized On-Ice Clinics are often grouped based on a combination of factors, such as age, size, and experience level, ensuring that the individual is thrust into a training setting with like- minded peers. Each clinic has a chosen theme, area of emphasis, and desired training outcome, all of which are tied back to executing the mission of all TPH Hockey programs: to develop the most Intelligent-Adaptable-Confident hockey player possible.
