From One Rink
To Every Field.
Method Hockey was founded in 2018 by former NHL player and hockey dad Jamie Lundmark, his business partner Kevin Holt—a Certified Financial Planner and fellow hockey parent—and longtime youth and collegiate coach Dave Bauer. Their vision was to create a true one-stop development environment for hockey players across the Philadelphia area.
Seven years on, that vision has grown. What was once Method Hockey is now Method Athletics — a multi-sport training facility built around the same principles that defined it from day one. Elite coaching. Cutting-edge tools. A development environment engineered for long-term growth.
"Our players are versatile, adaptable, and capable of impacting the game in various ways — on and off the puck, on and off the ice."
— The Method Philosophy
With a world-class facility, passionate staff, and a comprehensive training curriculum, Method Athletics welcomes athletes of all ages and abilities who share one goal: to develop their skills, elevate their performance, and compete at the highest level while enjoying the sports they love.
